Southern Belle Collection ships within the United States and internationally. Shipping availability, delivery times, and fees may vary based on destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates (United States)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and selected shipping method.

Economy Shipping

  • Orders $50 and above: Free
  • Orders 0–5 lb: $4.90
  • Orders 5–70 lb: $19.90

Standard Shipping

  • Orders 0–1 lb: $6.90
  • Orders 1–5 lb: $9.90

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

United States

  • Economy & Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after processing

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after processing
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent via email within 24–72 hours after your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Southern Belle Collection is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Southern Belle Collection is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Returned packages may require additional reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Southern Belle Collection is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim or resolution where applicable.
